Nurses serving Stockton since 1992.

We are registered nurses and nursing students working to elevate the profession and improve health across the greater Stockton community.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Everyone has the right to healthcare that is accessible, excellent and affordable — and nurses are how we get there.

Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc. is a professional organization of registered nurses and nursing students — women and men of many cultures and backgrounds — founded in 1932 at Freedmen’s Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Alpha Phi is its Stockton chapter, part of the Southwest Region, carrying the national motto of Service for Humanity into our neighborhoods, schools and hospitals.

Health fairs & blood pressure clinics

Free screenings and health information at community events.

Programs on asthma, diabetes, breast health, safe infant sleep (SIDS) and wellness.

Nursing scholarships

Financial support for high school seniors and nursing students.

Mentoring future nurse leaders and spotlighting excellence in local nursing.

More than 140 nurses honored since 2005

Each year, Nurses of Distinction celebrates registered nurses whose work strengthens the profession and the health of our community. Proceeds fund local health programs and nursing scholarships.
